Detective Seth Young is the newest edition of the San Francisco Police Department, who headed was once the lead investigator on the Halliwells. However, he could never find anything to expose their magical nature, he pursued them for months before discovering that he, himself was a magical being, and not only that, but one of three Twice Blessed beings, making him one of the most powerful magical beings in the world.
History[]
Little is known about the history of Seth's parents, or what clan he had originally belonged to, but when his mother went into labor and gave birth to him at the exact same time as Wyatt Halliwell and Matt O'Connor, the child was quickly taken from his mother and placed into the hands of the elders of his clan. Knowing that the child would be a severe danger to his kind, as he could be swayed towards good, or evil, the Dragon Masters made it their mission to ensure that the child grew up safely and that his powers were bound until he was ready to properly recieve them.
